Primary Health Clinic Temporarily Closed During Provider Transition

The primary care health clinic located in the Laporte Medical Center will be temporarily closed for one week, from 3/17/2025 to 3/21/2025.  This brief closure will allow the smooth transition from Rural Health Corporation to Laurel Health.
