Marriage License Requirements

• If either party was previously married, must have certifiedcopy of most recent Divorce Decree or Death Certificate.

• 3 day waiting period after applying.

• License is valid for 60 days.

• Both parties must have photo I.D.

• Recording fee of $30.50 payable in cash, check, money order or credit card

  • There is a $1.00 transaction fee for credit card use under $40.00 and for over $40.00 there is a 2.49% charge

Birth/Death Certificates

Birth certificates must have raised seal and both parents’ names if applying for a passport. If your certificate does not have a raised seal or parents’ names below is the link to apply for a new birth certificate.
